Jamie’s treatment philosophy is shaped by his training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, Kenpo karate, wrestling, olympic and power lifting, indoor rock climbing, and mindfulness meditation. His patients often find themselves performing a range of exercises from barbell deadlifts to pigeon pose or diaphragmatic breath training. He specializes in the rehabilitation of combat athletes and now performs evaluations and treatments at World Class Martial Arts locations for their convenience. He has also studied the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and the Movement System Impairment Syndromes approach to treatment.

Jamie joined the Optimum Physical Therapy team in 2014 after earning his clinical doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Arcadia University. Jamie participated in a post-doctoral orthopaedic residency program through a partnership with Optimum Physical Therapy Associates and Arcadia University. He is a board-certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy and an adjunct faculty member and clinical instructor for Arcadia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
